My God children just got back from Fiji. They call these trips including the many hiking and camping trips they take "the real world. " They try to unplug from news, as much as possible. I think they're onto something there. I find that I'm better off mentally when I unplug. It's harder when your source for aggravation is staring at you. Makes me picture cat vs cat. Mmmrowrrr
